It is a small house on three floors in a quiet area, 150 metres from the beach with private garden and car-parking.

The house is placed in the most recent area of Lido di Jesolo, very near Torino square and close to the pedestrian area.

All the flats have air-conditioning; each supplied with parking for one car, beach service with one beach umbrella and two beach beds included.

You can find two kinds of apartments:
- type B for till 4 persons with: living-cookingroom, bedroom with double bed and one bunk bed, bathroom and balcony
- type C for till 6 persons with : living-cookingroom, bedroom with double bed and one bunk bed, bathroom and balcony
