We inform you that:

• Accommodation rate includes: 1 car parking spot, electricity, hot and cold water, gas, VAT
• Tourist tax not included.
• All our mobile-homes are equipped with air conditioning. During your stay you can decide if using it or not. In order to save energy air conditioning will be charged € 1 Euro/KWH
• If the accommodation will not be left in the same conditions in which it is found a cleaning supplement will be charged

The Mobilhome are equipped for 6 persons with:

• A complete dishes set
• Cups for coffee, tea
• Flatware, ladle and glasses
• Casseroles, pots and pans of different sizes
• Knives of different sizes
• Various kitchenware: coffee machine, milk pot, salad washer,  pitcher, chopping block,  bottle opener
• Cleaning tools
• Drying rack
• Pillows, summer covers

General booking conditions and added cost
The prices are up to 4/5 people or 6 in Super 3 per night. 

Prices include: gas, - electricity, water consume, VAT, parking for 1 car, the use of 7 swimming-pools.

All our mobile-homes are equipped with air conditioning. During your stay you can decide if using it or not. In order to save energy air conditioning will be charged € 1 Euro/KWh.

Check in- Payment
Key, settlement and deposit by our secretary  in Villaggio San Francesco . We accept  credit card.

Deposit – cleaning – inventory
On arrival a refundable deposit of € 80  for each mobile home unit must be paid cash.

To receive a full refund of your € 80 deposit the accommodation must be left clean (we pay special attention to the cleanliness of bathroom, fridge and cooker). A deduction of  € 30 for a final clean will be taken away from your deposit if your accommodation is not clean when you leave. The bathroom, the fridge and the cooker must always be cleaned.

The mobile homes have a good inventory of pots, pans, cutlery and dishes.

Parking
A parking space for 1 car is included in the price and will be next to your mobile home. For those who wish to park a 2nd car, the charge must be paid directly at the camp-site.

Arrival – departure & minimum stay
Mobile homes will be available from 16.00 to 19.30 on the arrival day  and must be vacated not later than 9.30 on the departure day.

You can have a 3 day holiday or 7 day, 9 day, 10 day, 11 day, 14 day holiday and so on,  but arrivals and departures only on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Minimum stay: until 02.06 and from 08.09 = 3 nights; from 02.06 until 08.09 the minimum stay is of 7 nights.

Bed sheets and towels
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented on request. Bed linens and towels for 4 persons € 25 / change, for 1 extra person € 7 / change.

Pets 
Pets are not allowed.
