The Marco Polo XL Mobile Homes are located within the brand-new hu Eraclea Mare Camping Village, immersed in a unique natural area.

Internal surface area: 39 m2.
Exterior: an accessorised veranda.

Inside your mobile home, you’ll find:

• Living area with sofa, table, chairs, air conditioning and TV;
• Kitchenette with induction hob, sink, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, pots and pans;
• Bedroom with double bed (160×200 cm);
• Ensuite bathroom with shower (120×80 cm), sink, and toilet;
• Bedroom with 2 single beds (80×200 cm);
• Bedroom with a bunk bed (80×200 on the ground; 75×200 above) with a large vertical ladder;
• Bathroom with shower (120×80 cm), sink, bidet, and toilet;
• Equipped and covered veranda with outdoor shower.

If needed, a travel cot can be placed in the living room or in the bedroom with the bunk bed.

If you book directly with Adria Holiday, the rate includes:

• Accommodation for 6 guests; 
• 1 set of Bed linen and Towels for every guest;
• Parking space for 1 car;
• Air conditioning;
• Free Wi-Fi inside your mobile home;
• Free Wi-Fi in the pools and communal areas of the resort;
• Use of the free play areas within the village;
• Amazing 9-hectare WATER PARK with indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, and a solarium;
• Participation in Edutainment activities;
• Use of the soccer, basketball, bocce and archery courts and of cycle/pedestrian paths;
• Participation in aqua aerobics and Zumba classes;
• Kids’ Club, Junior Club, and evening shows.

The rate does NOT include:

• Tourist tax (€1.00 per person/per night, payable in cash upon arrival in 2026. This may change in 2027);
• Security deposit of €100.00 required in cash at check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure, after a quick check of the mobile home’s condition;
• Final cleaning. We’ll take care of the final cleaning of the mobile home for you. We just ask that you kindly dispose of all your rubbish and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink;
• Amenities for our little guests Cot, high chair, pushchair… contact us for a full list of amenities available for hire;
• Beach Spot. If you wish, you can reserve your parasol at the beach immediately after check-in at the beach office;
• Linen and towel change during your stay: €25 per set/person.

Good to know before booking:

• Pets not allowed.
• The minimum age to check in to our mobile homes is 30 years old. Are you a GROUP OF FRIENDS under 30? We’re sorry, but our mobile homes are not suitable for you. We’ve learned a lot over the years… and now, at the request of the management, we can no longer accept groups of young men or women under the age of 30. BEWARE: If, upon check-in, individuals under 30 years old are present without prior notification, we will unfortunately be forced to CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. Are you travelling as a couple and you or they are under 30? You are most welcome! The minimum age rule for check-in only applies to groups of 3 people or more. 
• The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning of the mobile home. Guests are kindly asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the accommodation. An additional charge may be withheld from your security deposit if the apartment’s condition upon departure necessitates extraordinary cleaning.
• The security deposit may be withheld, in full or in part, in the event of damage to the Mobile Home or its furnishings, loss of keys or part of the inventory, improper use of the air conditioning, or if the Mobile Home’s condition requires extraordinary cleaning.
