This ground-floor holiday apartment is located within the smaller of the two buildings that make up the Residence Sun Beach holiday apartment building with pool, featuring just 5 units and located on Via Modugno, just a stone’s throw from Piazza Brescia. 

The self-catering apartment building boasts a paved inner courtyard with reserved car parking spaces, an underground garage accessible to Adria Holiday guests with a maximum entrance height of 180 cm, and a stunning pool area complete with white sand and palm trees. 

Internal surface area: 60 m2.
Exterior: 150 m2.

Inside your apartment, you’ll find:

• A generous and bright living room measuring approx. 24 m2 featuring a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, a round dining table with chairs, air conditioning and French doors that offer direct access onto the private patio;
• Convenient kitchenette with a microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine;
• Hallway with chest of drawers;
• A double bedroom complete with a wardrobe, air conditioning, and French doors opening directly onto the private patio;
• A bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and French doors;
• A complete bathroom featuring a spacious shower enclosure;
• A bathroom featuring a spacious shower enclosure, a washbasin and a washing machine;
• You’ll have access to a spacious 150 m2 private outdoor courtyard. This area includes a furnished patio with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers, a white sandy garden complete with palm trees, and a pathway leading directly to the pool area, which is accessed via a small gate.

If you book directly with Adria Holiday, the rate includes:

• Wi-Fi;
• 1 set of bed linen and towels for every guest listed on your booking;
• air conditioning;
• 1 beach spot including 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers (guaranteed from 15/5 to 15/9);
• access to the pool with the use of 2 Adria Holiday sun loungers (guaranteed from 15/5 to 15/9);
• 1 car parking space in the underground garage (max. 180 cm high cars) and/or outside.

The rate does NOT include:

• Tourist tax (€1.00 per person, per night for guests aged 10 and over, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, payable in cash upon arrival);
• Security deposit of €200.00 required in cash at check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure, after a quick check of the apartment’s condition;
• Final cleaning. We’ll take care of the final cleaning of the apartment for you. We just ask that you kindly dispose of all your rubbish and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink;
• Special Cleaning fee if you’re travelling with your beloved pet, (€30.00 per pet);

Good to know before booking:

• The minimum age to check in to our holiday apartments in Lido di Jesolo is 30 years old. Are you a GROUP OF FRIENDS under 30? We’re sorry, but our apartments are not suitable for you. We’ve learned a lot over the years… and now, at the request of the property owners, we can no longer accept groups of young men or women under the age of 30. BEWARE: If, upon check-in, individuals under 30 years old are present without prior notification, we will unfortunately be forced to CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. Are you travelling as a couple and you or they are under 30? You are most welcome! The minimum age rule for check-in only applies to groups of 3 people or more. 
• Pets are allowed upon request.
• The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning of the apartment. Guests are kindly asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the accommodation. An additional charge may be withheld from your security deposit if the apartment’s condition upon departure necessitates extraordinary cleaning.
