Villaggio San Francesco is one of Caorle’s camping villages on the Adriatic Riviera, where you’ll discover our mobile homes. This vast holiday resort is nestled within the lush pine forest of Duna Verde, directly overlooking Caorle’s golden beach and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Our mobile homes are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and boast a central and strategic location, just 100 to 200 metres from the beach.

“Villaggio San Francesco” camping village offers its guests 3 pools, with an array of small and large slides as well as water games. Entry to all pools is free of charge and the use of sun loungers and parasols is also complimentary. You’ll find the beachfront Tropical Pool, featuring a large main pool and a dedicated area with slides and water games for children; the Residence Pool, with various depths to delight all guests; and the Penelope Pool, boasting large, colourful slides and two lanes for swimming.
During peak season, all 3 pools are open every day from 9:30 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. The Penelope Pool is heated to a constant temperature of 24°C and is also open during the low season.
Villaggio San Francesco also boasts the Spray Park Garden, with its pools, white sand, two large curved water slides, whirlpool tub, and plenty of sprays and water games for youngsters.
The Spray Park Garden is open from mid-May to mid-September, from 10 am to 7 pm. Entry is free, while the use of parasols and sun loungers is subject to a charge. Alternatively, you can lay your towels on the grassy areas within the park.
Please note that the opening dates and times for all pools are subject to weather conditions.

At Villaggio San Francesco, you’ll find a free access beach area where you are welcome to use the portable parasol and two director’s chairs that Adria Holiday has thoughtfully provided for you in your mobile home.
Adjacent to the free access beach, there’s also an accessorised beach area where you can book your preferred spot if you wish. This service is subject to a charge, with prices varying based on parasol position and requested equipment. To make your booking, simply visit the resort’s Beach Office.

The live entertainment team will keep you and your family entertained from dawn till dusk: sports courses, games, and group dances during the day, followed by musicals, theatre shows, parades, and dance parties in the evening.
The Mini Club activities are designed for children aged 3 to 13, divided into groups based on age. Creative workshops, beach games, baby dances, and much more await your kids during their holiday. You can pick up the activity programme and get all the information you need at the Sam Point office, near the supermarket.
Discover the free group sports courses held by specialised instructors: football school, tennis school, padel courses for children and adults, archery courses, and children’s swimming lessons. Alternatively, you can book private lessons for a fee.
There are plenty of evening activities for younger guests, such as inflatables, mini golf, the karting circuit, the horse carousel, and the mini train. These activities are available only during peak season and require an entrance ticket.

At Villaggio San Francesco, you’ll find 3 restaurants: Maxim and Barbablù located within the resort, and Tukan on the seafront promenade. During your holiday, you can enjoy meat and fish specialities, various types of pizza, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.
If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat or a salad, you can also head to the Garden snack bar or Bacaro, located near the entrance, where you can also savour excellent red and white wines.
On the beach, next to the Tropical pool, you’ll find the Tukanito kiosk, just a stone’s throw from the splendid beachfront Tukan restaurant, which also features a small playground.
Thanks to the convenient on-site supermarket, complete with a butcher’s counter and bakery, you’ll find a wide selection of fresh and packaged products just a short walk from your mobile home. During peak season, a fresh fish counter is also available to guests two days a week.
If you have a sweet tooth, Veronica Ice Cream Parlour and the Frozen yoghurt bar are sure to delight you with their wares.

Villaggio San Francesco is one of the best camping villages for sports holidays!
Pool activities include group aqua gym classes, diving courses, and children’s swimming lessons.
Professional instructors organise free group sports courses in football, tennis, padel, and archery. As of 2024, the use of sports courts is free and included in the price for all guests. You can visit the Sam Point office to book your game with friends. If you don’t have all the necessary equipment with you, don’t worry – you can rent it directly at the resort.
You’ll also find a spacious, well-equipped gym open daily, where you can work out, and attend aerobics, step, and yoga classes. You can book private lessons and enquire about special packages at the Sam Point office.
If you love cycling, you can set off to discover the beauties of Caorle and explore its surroundings and various bicycle touring routes. Within the camping village, in addition to bicycle and e-bike hire, a Bike Service Point is available 7 days a week, offering secure bike storage, washing and maintenance equipment, a repair centre, and e-bike charging stations.
