Miami Mobile Home at Camping Village San Francesco in Caorle

The Miami Mobile Homes are centrally located in Villaggio San Francesco in Caorle, between Via degli Eucalipti and Via dei Crisantemi, a 10-minute walk from the beach, the Tukan restaurant, and the Tropical pool. 

Internal surface area: 35 m2.
Exterior: 10 m2 accessorised veranda.

Inside your mobile home, you’ll find:

• A living room measuring approximately 15 m2 with a couch, table, chairs, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows;
• A kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner hob, sink, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware and crockery;
• A bedroom with a double bed (160×190 cm) and mosquito nets;
• A bedroom with two single beds (70×190 cm), a third pull-down bed (70×170 cm – max. 45 kg) and mosquito nets;
• A bathroom with a shower enclosure (85×70 cm), toilet and washbasin;
• An en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with shower enclosure (85×70 cm), toilet and washbasin;
• A 10 m2 outdoor wooden veranda, paved and covered by an awning, with a table and chairs.

If needed, a travel cot can be placed in the living room.

If you book directly with Adria Holiday, the rate includes:

• Accommodation for 4 adults and 1 child; 
• 1 set of Bed linen and Towels for every guest; 
• Free parking space for 1 car next to the mobile home; 
• 4 hours of free Wi-Fi a day in the pools and communal areas of the resort; 
• 3 Pools with free use of parasols and sun loungers (Tropical SEAFRONT, Penelope with large water slides, and Residence for all ages with a slide); 
• Spraypark Garden: a water park featuring sprays, water games, slides, and fountains, with the option to rent parasols and sun loungers; 
• Use of football, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts; 
• Mini Club for ages 4 and up, evening shows, beach parties, and sports tournaments (beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, etc.).

The rate does NOT include:

• Tourist tax (€2.00 per person, per night for guests aged 6 and over, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, payable in cash upon arrival);
• Security deposit of €100.00 required in cash at check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure, after a quick check of the apartment’s condition;
• Help us avoid waste! Air conditioning is charged based on consumption: €1.00 per kW/hour;
• Final cleaning. We’ll take care of the final cleaning of the mobile home for you. We just ask that you kindly dispose of all your rubbish and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink;
• Amenities for our little guests Cot, high chair, pushchair… contact us for a full list of amenities available for hire;
• Beach Spot. If you wish, you can reserve your parasol at the beach or by the pool immediately after check-in at the resort’s beach/pool office; 
• Linen and towel change during your stay: €25 per set/person.

Help us reduce waste! Your air conditioning usage is measured by a meter in the mobile home, which we’ll read together upon your arrival and departure: Each kilowatt consumed is equivalent to approximately 1 hour of usage and costs 1 Euro. 

Good to know before booking:

• Pets not allowed.
• The minimum age to check in to our mobile homes is 30 years old. Are you a GROUP OF FRIENDS under 30? We’re sorry, but our mobile homes are not suitable for you. We’ve learned a lot over the years… and now, at the request of the management, we can no longer accept groups of young men or women under the age of 30. BEWARE: If, upon check-in, individuals under 30 years old are present without prior notification, we will unfortunately be forced to CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. Are you travelling as a couple and you or they are under 30? You are most welcome! The minimum age rule for check-in only applies to groups of 3 people or more. 
• The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning of the mobile home. Guests are kindly asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the accommodation. An additional charge may be withheld from your security deposit if the apartment’s condition upon departure necessitates extraordinary cleaning.
• The security deposit may be withheld, in full or in part, in the event of damage to the Mobile Home or its furnishings, loss of keys or part of the inventory, improper use of the air conditioning, or if the Mobile Home’s condition requires extraordinary cleaning.
