SP12 Jesolo holiday apartment

This holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and is located on the 3rd floor (side wing) of San Paolo Apartment building on Via Foscolo. It overlooks the main street and is just a short walk from Piazza Aurora. The apartment building features a paved inner courtyard with numbered parking spaces, conveniently covered by awnings, and a lift accessible directly from the ground floor.

Internal surface area: 41 m2.
Exterior: 13 m2 accessorised terrace.

Inside your apartment, you’ll find:

• A generous and bright 19 m2 living room featuring a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, air conditioning and sofa bed, with French doors that offer direct access onto the private accessorised terrace;
• Convenient kitchenette with a microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine;
• A double room with a king size bed, wardrobe, easy chair and small balcony; 
• A complete bathroom featuring a spacious shower enclosure;
• A 13 m2 west-facing private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

If you book directly with Adria Holiday, the rate includes:

• Wi-Fi;
• 1 set of bed linen and towels for every guest listed on your booking;
• 10 hours/day of air conditioning (usage beyond this limit is charged at €0.50 per kW/h);
• 1 beach spot including 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers (guaranteed from 15/5 to 15/9);
• 1 allocated parking space, covered by awning.

Help us reduce waste! Your air conditioning usage is measured by a meter in the apartment, which we’ll read together upon your arrival and departure: 10/hours of air conditioning per day are included in the price. Any additional hours will be charged at €0.50 per kilowatt/hour. 

The rate does NOT include:

• Tourist tax (€1.00 per person, per night for guests aged 10 and over, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, payable in cash upon arrival);
• Security deposit of €200.00 required in cash at check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure, after a quick check of the apartment’s condition;
• Final cleaning. We’ll take care of the final cleaning of the apartment for you. We just ask that you kindly dispose of all your rubbish and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink;
• Special Cleaning fee if you’re travelling with your beloved pet, (€30.00 per pet);

Good to know before booking:

• The minimum age to check in to our holiday apartments in Lido di Jesolo is 30 years old. Are you a GROUP OF FRIENDS under 30? We’re sorry, but our apartments are not suitable for you. We’ve learned a lot over the years… and now, at the request of the property owners, we can no longer accept groups of young men or women under the age of 30. BEWARE: If, upon check-in, individuals under 30 years old are present without prior notification, we will unfortunately be forced to CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. Are you travelling as a couple and you or they are under 30? You are most welcome! The minimum age rule for check-in only applies to groups of 3 people or more. 
• Pets are allowed upon request.
• The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning of the apartment. Guests are kindly asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the accommodation. An additional charge may be withheld from your security deposit if the apartment’s condition upon departure necessitates extraordinary cleaning.
