Price includes end-of-stay cleaning. On departure guests are anyway requested to leave the apartment in decent condition, without dirty dishes in the sink or garbage inside. An additional cost may be withheld from the security deposit, if the condition of the apartment requires extraordinary cleaning.

Beach Service is not included. It can be booked separately for an extra cost, subject to availability.

The consumption of the air conditioner is not included and is counted thanks to a kw counter in the apartment. The cost is 0.50 Euro kw / hour.

Bedlinen and towels. Single Set (1 Person) - 2 single sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. Price: €10.00.

Important Information

Groups of young people are not permitted to stay in the apartment. If at the check-in a group will arrive, without specific permission, we will be forced to cancel the reservation with no refund.

The cleaning charges include a standard cleaning of the apartment. Guests are asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the apartment. An additional charge may be deducted from the deposit if the condition of the apartment on departure is such that extra cleaning is needed.

The beach service is available from around mid-May to mid-September, but may be extended.
