The Sun Beach Residence with swimming pool, built in 2020 a stone's throw from the central Piazza Brescia, is located about 400 meters from the golden beach of Jesolo. Our guests can relax in the swimming pool surrounded by fine white sand and palm trees and enjoy the wide open spaces. The Sun Beach Garden Lounge Apartment is located on the ground floor and features a spacious patio with private beach.
This unique ground floor apartment, as well as having a large equipped patio, has a private beach.
The apartment at the Sun Beach Residence, with a floor area of 70 square metres, consists of:
- large living area with kitchenette;
- double room;
- 1 room with 2 single beds;
- 2 bathrooms with shower box
It can sleep up to 4/5 people.
The Holiday Home is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a TV, WIFI and independent air conditioning (a split per room). The apartment has a parking place in the underground garage and a place on the beach, with an umbrella and two sunbeds.
The structure, in class A ++++, is built with particular attention to energy saving and respect for the environment.

A beach spot is included in rental price and guaranteed from May 15 to September 15.
The end-of-stay cleaning are included. On departure guests are requested to leave the apartment in decent condition, without dirty dishes in the sink or garbage inside. An additional cost may be withheld from the security deposit, if the condition of the apartment requires extraordinary cleaning.

Groups of young people are not permitted to stay in the apartment. If at the check-in a group will arrive, without specific permission, we will be forced to cancel the reservation with no refund.
The cleaning charges include a standard cleaning of the apartment. Guests are asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the apartment. An additional charge may be deducted from the deposit if the condition of the apartment on departure is such that extra cleaning is needed.
The beach service is available from around mid-May to mid-September, but may be extended.
