The Sun Beach Residence with swimming pool, built in 2020 a stone's throw from the central Piazza Brescia, is located about 400 meters from the golden beach of Jesolo. Our guests can relax in the swimming pool surrounded by fine white sand and palm trees and enjoy the wide open spaces. This apartment is located in the highest building and has a splendid furnished terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the center of Jesolo.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the highest building, which is equipped with a lift. It has an internal surface of about 70 square meters and is composed as follows:
- large living area with kitchenette;
- bedroom with double bed;
- bedroom with bunk bed and third pull-out bed;
- 1 bathroom with shower box;
- storage closet.
It can sleep up to 4 people.
In addition to this space, there is a splendid equipped terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the center of Lido di Jesolo.
The apartment has a large flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine and independent air conditioning system. It is also equipped with a parking space in the courtyard and a spot on the beach, with an umbrella and two sunbeds.
The structure, in class A ++++, is built with particular attention to energy saving and respect for the environment.

A beach spot is included in rental price and guaranteed from May 15 to September 15.
The end-of-stay cleaning are included. On departure guests are requested to leave the apartment in decent condition, without dirty dishes in the sink or garbage inside. An additional cost may be withheld from the security deposit, if the condition of the apartment requires extraordinary cleaning.

Groups of young people are not permitted to stay in the apartment. If at the check-in a group will arrive, without specific permission, we will be forced to cancel the reservation with no refund.
The cleaning charges specified include a standard cleaning of the apartment. Guests are asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the apartment. An additional charge may be deducted from the deposit if the condition of the apartment on departure is such that extra cleaning is needed.
The beach service is available from around mid-May to mid-September, but may be extended.
