The Marina Maxi-Caravans are in a central location in the green pine forest of the San Francesco Village, between 100 and 200 metres from the golden beach of Duna Verde - Caorle.

The accommodation has an internal floor area of 24 square metres and consists of:

• Bright living area with corner sofa, table and chairs, TV and air conditioning;
• Kitchenette with 4-ring hob, sink, small fridge without freezer, pans and crockery, microwave oven, electric coffee maker;
• 1 Room with double bed (140 x 190 cm) with orthopedic base;
• 1 Room with 2 separate beds (70 x 190 cm) and the option of a third bunk-bed, orthopedic bases;
• 1 Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Ceramic fixtures, hot and cold water;
• Wooden veranda of around 10 square metres, paved and covered, with garden table and chairs.

The Marina Mobile Home sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child.

In the units without the third bunk-bed, the bench of the living room table converts into the fifth bed. It is possible for a camping cot to be placed in the double room.

Parking for one car is available next to each mobile home.
