Three-bedroom apartment in Jesolo Lido, 80 meters from the beach

Apartment on the 4th floor of the Graziella apartment building located in Jesolo Lido, overlooking the central Via dei Dante Alighieri, just 80 meters from the beach. The building has a lift, but it starts from the mezzanine; to reach it, you’ll need to go up 10 steps.

Internal surface area: 92 m2.
Exterior: long, narrow balcony of 8 m2.

Inside your apartment, you’ll find:

• small hall with clothes rack;
• Separate kitchenette with electric oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer and a high counter-style table with two stools;
• Bright living room of over 17 m2 with table and chairs, flat-screen TV, sofa and air conditioning;
• Long, narrow terrace overlooking the main street and with sea views;
• Hallway leading to the sleeping area;
• Single bedroom with wardrobe and air conditioning;
• Double bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioning and a small terrace;
• Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, desk and air conditioning;
• Bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
• Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

This apartment does not have a reserved beach spot, but you’ll find a practical and lightweight portable parasol you can take with you to the free beach areas.

If you book directly with Adria Holiday, the rate includes:

• WIFI;
• 1 set of sheets and towels for all guests listed in the booking;
• 1 parking space in a private, video-monitored parking lot approximately 400 meters from the apartment (a 10-minute walk).

The rate does NOT include:

• Tourist tax (€1.80 per person, per night for guests aged 10 and over, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, payable in cash upon arrival);
• Security deposit of €200.00 required in cash at check-in. This will be returned to you upon departure, after a quick check of the apartment’s condition;
• Final cleaning. We’ll take care of the final cleaning of the apartment for you. We just ask that you kindly dispose of all your rubbish and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink;
• Travelling with your kids? We offer cot, high chair, and pushchair rental services.

Good to know before booking:

• The minimum age to check in to our holiday apartments in Lido di Jesolo is 30 years old. Are you a GROUP OF FRIENDS under 30? We’re sorry, but our apartments are not suitable for you. We’ve learned a lot over the years… and now, at the request of the property owners, we can no longer accept groups of young men or women under the age of 30. BEWARE: If, upon check-in, individuals under 30 years old are present without prior notification, we will unfortunately be forced to CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. Are you travelling as a couple and you or they are under 30? You are most welcome! The minimum age rule for check-in only applies to groups of 3 people or more. 
• Pets are not allowed.
• The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning of the apartment. Guests are kindly asked not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or rubbish in the accommodation. An additional charge may be withheld from your security deposit if the apartment’s condition upon departure necessitates extraordinary cleaning.
